Forgotten Food Festival | Pathways to Harvest and Cook
The Pathways to Harvest and Cook are developed around family vegetable gardens and another crop lands, with the harvest of traditional ingredients, some less known by the public, and a further cooking class, accompanied by local hosts and storytellers.
The hosts will guide the participants in an interpretative walk around the crop site, focusing on the ways of life, history of the place and its products.
The gathered ingredients will be used to cook an algarvian traditional season recipe on the whereabouts of the site, during this, stories and knowledge will be shared in a co-creation environment of experiences.
